Looking for a consistent, no-nonsense spot to dial in your set? We offer a functional, private rehearsal space in the lower level of our facility designed for bands who just want to get to work.
The Setup
This isn’t a "glamour" studio—it’s a dedicated workspace for serious musicians. We provide the essentials so you can load in light and start playing:
House Drum Kit: (Bring your own cymbals, snare, and kick pedal).
Basic PA System: Vocal mics and stands included.
Climate Controlled: Reliable, year-round environment.
No Storage: To keep the space clean and ready for the next act, all personal gear (amps/pedals/instruments) must be taken with you after each session.
Schedule & Pricing
We operate on a subscription-based model to ensure your band has a guaranteed home every single week.
Rate: $140 per month.
Availability: You claim one specific night of the week (e.g., every Tuesday).
Time Slot: 3–4 hour sessions.
Payment: Paid monthly in advance to secure your night.
House Rules
To keep the space functional and fair for every band, we ask that you stick to the following guidelines:
Respect the Gear: The house drum shells and PA system are provided for everyone. Please do not modify the PA settings or abuse the drum hardware.
Bring Your Own "Breakables": We provide the kit, but you must bring your own cymbals, snare drum, and kick pedal.
Strict "No Storage" Policy: Because the space is shared, you must take all guitars, amps, and pedalboards with you at the end of your session. Sound Check is not responsible for items left behind.
Load-In/Load-Out Timing: Your 4-hour block includes your setup and teardown time. Please be respectful of the band scheduled after you.
Monthly Commitment: To keep the rate at $140/month, payments are due on the 1st of each month. This secures your specific night (e.g., "Every Tuesday") for the entire month.
Cleanliness: Please dispose of all trash (strings, tape, cans) before leaving. Leave the room ready for the next rehearsal.
