Vendor Information & Rules
We are looking for vendors with quality gear and music memorabilia. Please note the following guidelines before signing up:
Priority Placement: Preference will be given to vendors bringing 10 or more items. 5 items or less will be on consignment (see below).
Setup: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and display materials.
Payments: You are responsible for handling your own transactions (Cash, Venmo, etc.). Sound Check Entertainment is not liable for or connected to any sales made between individuals.
Testing Station: We will provide on-site power so buyers can plug in and test electronics, pedals, and amps before they buy.
Can’t Stay? Have less than 5 Items - Try Consignment!
If you can’t man a table but still want to sell your gear, we offer a drop-off consignment service. SCE will move the gear for you in exchange for a 15% consignment fee upon sale.
